Please join us in extending best wishes to Richard Beard, who is retiring from KapLogic Corporation on December 29th, 2022. Richard served the company for over 20 years as President and CEO, and he will be missed by customers and colleagues alike. We have all benefited from his passion for the profession, his leadership and friendship over the years. Under Richard’s leadership, KapLogic has become known in the security industry for developing the next generation of security integration products. The flagship product, AEGIS, unifies disparate security systems in a secure environment. Richard has been integral in the corporate development of KapLogic sales and was a regular speaker at security conferences through the years. The company’s Vice President of Engineering, Mark Repetto will step into the new role. On Richard’s retirement, Mr. Repetto said, "I would like to thank Richard for his steady guidance and strategic leadership. Our Company has a strong foundation, and I look forward to building an even stronger future with our highly talented team who is thoroughly committed to innovation and outstanding customer service." Richard is looking forward to pursuing his interests and hobbies in retirement.
